Shutz is a character seem in The Big Fat Kill.

Schutz is one of Manute's thugs. He is first seen with Stuka complimenting Davis on torturing Gail. Stuka is shot by an arrow with a note on instructing to go into an alleyway round the back. Manute trades Jack Rafferty's head for Gail but Schutz, Manute, Davis and Becky are gunned down by the hookers of old town.
