Hell And Back

Doctor Fredric was a doctor in league with The Colonel and homosexual companion to Orrin. He also was addicted to some drugs.

He was working in a mock ambulance with a hitman dressed as a nurse and his task was to drug the victims they abducted for the Colonel.

He was seen stalking Esther when their plans were foiled by Wallace who saved her from drowning, and Fredric insisted that they should wait as long as needed until they find an opportunity. They followed him and the next day drugged him and took Esther in the ambulance.

Later, the Colonel decides that Wallace knows Fredric's face and being a junkie, he would not be trustworthy. Mariah wakes him up to see his companion, Orrin stabbed with scalpels, and then stabs him in the eye, to make sure that Wallace doesn't extract any valuable information from him.
